Church History
In July of the year of our Lord, 2004, Reverend Ruben A. Morales resigned from his position as the assistant pastor of The Cornerstone Of Faith Community Church located in Northwest Harris County.
In August of 2004, Reverend Morales stepped out on faith, and began pursuing the vision given to him by God.
On August 18, 2004, the vision began to come to fruition as Holy Lion of Judah Christian Ministries was established as an outreach ministry, with Reverend Ruben A. Morales as the Executive Director, and his wife, Sister Raquel Morales, as the Administrative Assistant.
On May 18, 2005 Holy Lion of Judah Christian Ministries organized as a local church body, with Reverend Morales serving as founder and pastor.
Our charter membership consisted of 7 adult members and 4 youth members.
Holy Lion of Judah Christian Ministries will, by the grace of God, continue to grow and move forward for many more years, with the primary purpose of glorifying God the Father, in the name of Jesus Christ the Son, as being led to do so by God the Holy Spirit, these three being one.
